Love love the item I purchased. Well made, exactly how I pictured in my mind.. purchasing wasn’t as easy I must admit. I was given one price in email and when I went to purchase it wouldn’t let me so I had to go to next one which was much higher in price. I did add butterflies on my own. Looks great on my wall for my salon. All in all happy customer. Thank you!!!

Omg! I can’t express how professional Ruthie is! I order the sign for a baby shower I was throwing for my little cousin. When the package arrived, I noticed a crack in the Nova. I did not contact Vivid Editions immediately, until one of my cousins said to do so, it is cracked. When I emailed them, I got a response within the next hour. Even though it was one day pass the reporting time, Ruth took care of me by sending me another sign. I was only able to use one of the signs, and at that moment I was sadden but Ruth turned my frown into a smile. After reviewing camera footage it was not sent to me crack, it was due to UPS, being careless with the package. Vivid Editions signs are lite to carry and are very beautiful! Everyone at the shower, could not stop talking about them. Thank you Ruth for everything you did! I will be ordering from you for years to come!
